It is that time of year when everyone is looking to create Christmas cards using your S.M.P photos from the session. I understand that my pricing for cards is expensive. So, I completely understand if you purchase your cards elsewhere from another company or even create your own cards. However, I encourage you to take a few minutes and review my policy below. You have all read the policy sheets and signed them. You should have this very card in your delivery packet. However, this is a great review because you might have forgotten and might not think anything of it… so please read below because I do take Copyright Infringement very seriously. What you may think is “no big deal” could negatively impact my business.
Thank you for understanding my policies as this protects my name, effort and time spent producing your one-of-a-kind portrait. If you ever have any questions or you are confused by something listed, please email or call me to discuss your questions. Really? Where has the time gone? I know I’m not the only one to think this and I’m sure you’ve said the same thing countless number of times to your friends and co-workers. Seriously, I think I just blinked and lost two months. It has been crazy busy but I am extremely thankful to you, my uber-awesome clients, for keeping me busy. It is through referrals that I am growing. I am always honored to be entrusted with capturing your little one’s delightful expressions and beautiful moments with you so that you may always relive this time in their Life.

This little sweetheart has such a vivid imagination and, if possible, even more energy! {If I could only bottle up that energy.} 
But I guess it’s happiness knowing that you are well loved. I know, I’m kind-of sappy with this post… but it truly warms my heart when I see parents take the time to really be present with their child. Anyways, I love this moment with the parents and how they are enjoying their daughter. This is why I love what I do ~ because I am capturing all those little moments and fleeting expressions. I adore the picture on the right as well because I always try to capture a true candid moment at every session. This was it. Just a serene expression {and her hair blowing perfectly in the wind!} ha! I’ve been on a kick processing photos with color but I thought a B&W process really made it stand out. Mom and Dad, thank you for inviting me into your home and choosing me to capture your beautiful daughter.

I had the extreme honor and pleasure to photograph this little man when he was 5 days new… and now! I love it when I get to see “my” kids grow. Ok, my client’s kids grow. ;-) Isn’t he so handsome? Boy, he made me/us work for those little devious smirks with those adorable dimples! I had to show the before/after of him and dad wearing their fedora hats. You know me… I love me some hats!! And I l.o.ve. his blazer!! You can see his little smirk in the after photo when Mister R and Daddy switched hats. ha! I also love the picture with Mommy as well because look at his fingers and his little “James Dean” smirk. {Yes, I know who James Dean is! I grew up watching those old movies with my Mom} He has his fingers pointed out like “yeah, I got this.” So cute! I think he is gonna be a lady-killer some day. Sorry, Mom and Dad but you already knew that too. Oh, and his parents are just one of the coolest and nicest couple I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! <3

Little sweetheart at 4 weeks new!
As promised, here is a larger preview of the little doll baby. I can’t say enough how well she did and how many wonderful captures I have of Miss Riley. I want to keep posting on this little beauty but I have to keep some beautiful captures for the big reveal. Many thanks Mom and Dad for choosing me to photograph your precious angel.

I had so much fun meeting this family… and such a well dressed family too. You rocked it. I have to tell you every time I’m working on their photos, I smile. These three girls were so spunky and their giggles infectious that even now while I’m writing this I’m grinning. I have many more beautiful moments caught and can’t wait to show you Mom and Dad. This is just a teaser because in my opinion this shows their true personalities shining. If I could predict the future, I’d say that these three sisters are going to grow up being BFF.

This is late but I wanted to shout a huge “Thank you” to those of you that nominated someone dear to you for the “Pay it Forward” giveaway. After much consideration, I have elected the Family from T. Sn. nomination. I look forward to meeting the family and capturing this moment in their Life so they may remember for years to come. My heart goes out to all the families that you nominated. Reading the difficult emails really puts a whole new perspective on what we really take for granted in our life.
